Mimosa Sangria is a refreshing and bubbly twist on traditional sangria, perfect for brunch or any celebratory occasion. This vibrant drink combines the flavors of fruit and sparkling wine for a delightful and easy-to-make cocktail.

Ingredients:

– 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine or champagne, chilled

– 1 cup orange juice

– 1/2 cup pineapple juice

– 1/4 cup triple sec (or other orange liqueur)

– 1 cup sliced strawberries

– 1 orange, sliced

– 1 lemon, sliced

– 1 lime, sliced

– Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

– Ice (optional)

Directions:

1. **Prepare the Fruit:

– In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, orange, lemon, and lime.

2. **Mix the Liquids:

– Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, and triple sec to the pitcher with the fruit. Stir to combine.

3. **Add the Sparkling Wine:
