Orange Creamsicle Mimosas

Celebrate with a refreshing and creamy twist on the classic mimosa with these Orange Creamsicle Mimosas!

Ingredients:

1 bottle of Champagne or Prosecco, chilled

1 cup orange juice, chilled

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup vanilla vodka (optional)

2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional)

Orange slices, for garnish

Whipped cream, for garnish

Directions:

1. Prepare the Glasses:

– If desired, rim the edges of your champagne flutes with a little simple syrup and dip them in sugar for a decorative touch.

2. Mix the Creamsicle Base:

– In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together the orange juice, heavy cream, vanilla vodka (if using), and simple syrup (if using) until well combined.

3. Assemble the Mimosas:

– Pour about 1/4 cup of the orange creamsicle mixture into each champagne flute.

– Slowly top off each glass with chilled Champagne or Prosecco, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

4. Garnish and Serve:
