Caprese Stuffed Avocados

2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Prepare the Avocados:

– Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits.

– Scoop out a small portion of the avocado flesh to create a larger cavity for the filling.

2. Make the Caprese Filling:
