Easy Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients:

12 ice cream sandwiches

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup mini M&M’s

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 cup caramel sauce

Directions:

1. Layer the Ice Cream Sandwiches:

– Arrange six ice cream sandwiches in a single layer on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish or a large serving platter. You may need to cut some of the sandwiches to fit.

2. Add the First Layer of Toppings:

– Spread half of the thawed whipped topping evenly over the layer of ice cream sandwiches.

– Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup and half of the caramel sauce over the whipped topping.

3. Repeat the Layers:

– Add another layer of six ice cream sandwiches on top of the whipped topping and sauces.

– Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the second layer of ice cream sandwiches.
