Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops:
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper in a pie plate.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dip each pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture, coating it well.
- Sauté pork chops in the pan for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place pork chops in a glass baking dish or leave them in the oven-safe pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
