Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops with Garlic-n-Herb Mashed Potatoes & Cheese Broccoli

Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper in a pie plate.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Dip each pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture, coating it well.
  5. Sauté pork chops in the pan for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Place pork chops in a glass baking dish or leave them in the oven-safe pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
