Instructions:
1. Prepare the Curry:
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

- Add cubed chicken or lamb and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- Add salt to taste and let the curry simmer until the meat is cooked through and the flavors meld. If using vegetables, ensure they are tender.
2. Prepare the Bunny Chow:
