South African Chicken Curry

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For Basting and Serving:

  • Additional olive oil for basting
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
