Chicken Katsu Bowls

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it into beaten eggs, and then coat it with Panko breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere.

2. Fry the Chicken:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Place the cooked chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
