Magic Lemon Pie

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a blender, combine the melted butter, whole milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish. As it bakes, the pie will form its own crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. You can insert a toothpick into the center, and it should come out clean.
  5. Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. As it cools, the magic lemon pie will continue to set.
  1. Once cooled, you can refrigerate the pie for a few hours or overnight. Chilled magic lemon pie is especially refreshing.
  2. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
  3. Slice and enjoy the magic of this self-crusting lemon pie!

This dessert is called “magic” because the pie creates its own crust during the baking process. It’s a simple and delightful treat that’s perfect for lemon lovers.
