Crab Spinach and Three Cheese Dip

This rich and creamy Crab Spinach and Three Cheese Dip is a perfect appetizer for parties or gatherings. It combines fresh spinach, tender crab meat, and a blend of three cheeses, all baked to bubbly perfection.

Ingredients:

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
– 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
– 8 oz crab meat (lump or claw), drained
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– Crackers, bread, or chips for serving

Directions. :

1. **Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

2. **Prepare the Dip Base :
In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Add in the minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), and salt and pepper to taste.

3. **Add the Cheese and Spinach :
Stir in the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Then, fold in the chopped spinach and crab meat, making sure everything is evenly combined.

4. **Bake the Dip. :
Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish or skillet. Smooth the top with a spatula and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

5. **Serve. :
Remove from the oven and let the dip cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot with crackers, bread, or chips.
