Zombie Cocktail

Experience the vibrant and potent flavors of this classic tiki drink!

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 oz light rum

– 1 1/2 oz dark rum

– 1 oz apricot brandy

– 1 oz lime juice

– 1 oz pineapple juice

– 1 oz grenadine

– 1/2 oz simple syrup

– 1 dash of bitters

– 1/2 oz overproof rum (for floating)

– Ice

– Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add light rum, dark rum, apricot brandy, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, simple syrup, and bitters to the shaker.

3. Shake well until chilled.

4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

5. Carefully float overproof rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

6. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
