Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 roll crescent rolls
  • 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. In a large bowl, shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
  4. In another bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup and ½ cup chicken broth, stirring well.
  5. Add the shredded chicken to the soup mixture and stir in one half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Open the crescent roll can and lay out the crescent rolls with the wide end near you.
  7. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the edge of each crescent roll and start rolling towards the point. Gently pinch the dough to ensure it stays together at the point.
  1. Place the crescent rolls on the prepared baking tray and put it into the oven.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes, then slide the tray out.
  3. Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with the remaining shredded cheese and slide the tray back into the oven.
  4. Allow to cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, let them cool for a moment, and then enjoy your Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups!

Note:
Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite herbs, spices, or additional ingredients to the shredded chicken mixture for extra flavor. You can also serve them with a side of dipping sauce, such as ranch or barbecue sauce.
