Caramel Cream Cheese Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a standard-sized loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the cream cheese to the butter-sugar mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  6. Mix in the caramel topping and vanilla extract until evenly combined.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; stop as soon as the flour disappears.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  10. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
