  •  or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  or 10 ounces each mushrooms, halved
  •  or 3  cloves garlic, minced
  •  or 1 tablespoon olive oil, if desired 1 cup chicken broth
  •  or 1/4 teaspoon salt
  •  or 1/2 cup  cream
