Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Season Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat Chicken in Cornstarch:
    • Place cornstarch in a large zip-top bag, add chicken breasts, and shake to coat well.
  4. Prepare Egg Mixture:
