Cajun Chicken with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Season and Cook the Chicken:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust.
