Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups Irish whiskey (Jameson works great)
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup or 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract (optional but amazing!)
Instructions
1. Blend the Base
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine:
- Heavy cream
- Milk
- Sweetened condensed milk
Mix gently on low speed to avoid whipping the cream.
2. Add Flavor
Add:
- Chocolate syrup
- Instant coffee
- Vanilla
- Almond extract (if using)
Blend until smooth.
3. Add Whiskey
Slowly pour in the Irish whiskey and mix until fully combined.
4. Bottle & Chill
- Pour into a clean glass bottle.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 months.
- Shake well before each use.
