Cheese cake

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker or biscuit crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

  • 3 packages cream cheese (680g total), softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream or yogurt

Optional Topping:

  • Fruit sauce
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust

  1. Mix crushed biscuits, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes at 325°F (160°C). Let cool.

2. Make the filling

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add vanilla and sour cream. Mix until creamy.

3. Bake

  1. Pour filling over the crust.
  2. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 55–65 minutes (edges set, center slightly jiggly).
  3. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for 1 hour.
  4. Chill for 4–6 hours or overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed biscuits + ½ cup melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix biscuits + butter → press into pan → refrigerate 20 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese + sugar + vanilla.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread mixture onto crust.
  5. Chill 4–6 hours.
