- 3 cups mini pretzels (lightly crushed)
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup peanut butter (optional but recommended)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper.
- Spread crushed pretzels evenly on the bottom.
- Warm caramel sauce + peanut butter (if using) and pour over the pretzels.
- In a microwave or saucepan, melt chocolate chips with butter until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
