Famous Marry Me Chicken

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides until golden. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
  1. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  3. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  1. Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
