Farmer’s Casserole

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash brown potatoes, Monterey Jack cheese, diced ham or sausage, green onions, and red bell pepper. Mix well.

3. Layer the Casserole:

4. Add Cheddar Cheese:

  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potato mixture.
