How can I bring my EGGS to room temperature quickly?

As I said earlier it is important to be sure that the eggs you use are at room temperature before you use them in this recipe. The temperatures of your eggs can influence the rise, or baking time for the cake.

If you’re not able to find enough time to let the eggs outside until they’re at room temperature this is what you can do:

In an ice-cold bowl for approximately 15 minutes. This allows eggs to rapidly attain room temperature. Make sure that you get the most delicious marble cake that you have ever tasted!

Storage INFORMATION

The cake should be wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and then stored the cake at room temperature for a maximum of 4 days. It will remain fresh and crisp in the fridge for as long as 2 weeks when stored in a sealed airtight container.

It is also possible to freeze the cake for three months. Be sure to allow the cake to fully cool before covering the cake with plastic wrap and keeping it in the freezer bag.
