Chinese Chicken On A Stick Recipe

What to serve with Chinese Skewers

They can be served alongside food items such as:

Spicy rice

Chinese fried rice

Grilled pineapple

Pasta

Vegetable Salads

Potstickers

Coleslaw

How to Keep It

To keep them, put them in the stick or pull them from the stick, and then put them into an airtight container.

If you just need the storage of these items for a short period, keep them in your fridge in a place where they’ll last three days or more. If you’d like to keep them longer, place them in your freezer.

Label the pack with your date and name, then put it in the freezer, where it will be able to last for up to three months.

Reheating Chicken on a Stick

The best way to cook is by baking in an oven or using an air fryer. Don’t microwave them with the stick placed on them. If you wish for them to be microwaved, you must take them off of the sticks.

In the oven, to reheat arrange the skewers on an oven-proof tray lined with baking paper, and then bake in the oven to temperatures of 180C or 360F for five minutes or until the skewers are heated.
