Make sure to soak the skewers in cool water for at least 30 minutes.

Clean the chicken the chicken, dry it, and then chop the chicken into bite-sized cubes.

Create the marinade: In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce garlic powder, honey, ginger powder, onion granules black pepper, and vinegar. Mix till well combined.
