Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

– 2 cups old-fashioned oats

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

– 2 ripe bananas, mashed

– 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

– 2 cups milk (any kind)

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

– A pinch of salt

– Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of honey

Directions

1. **Preheat the Oven:

– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

2. **Prepare the Oat Mixture:
