Frozen Paloma

Beat the heat with a Frozen Paloma, a cool and refreshing twist on the classic Paloma cocktail. This slushy version blends tequila and grapefruit with ice, making it a perfect treat for hot days.

Ingredients:

– 2 ounces tequila

– 1 ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed)

– 1 ounce simple syrup

– 1 cup grapefruit juice

– 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

– Salt for rimming the glass (optional)

– Lime wedge or grapefruit slice for garnish

Directions:

1. If desired, rim your glass with salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt.

2. In a blender, combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and ice cubes.

3. Blend until smooth and slushy.

4. Pour into the prepared glass.

5. Garnish with a lime wedge or grapefruit slice.
