Beef Tips with Egg Noodles and Creamy Gravy Recipe:

Ingredients:

For the beef tips:

• 1 pound beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the creamy gravy:

• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste

For the egg noodles:

• 8 ounces egg noodles
• Water for boiling
• Salt (optional)
